At Frontline Pest Control, we believe great companies are built by investing in great people.

That's why we were proud to have four members of our leadership team attend the 2026 National Pest Management Association (NPMA) Women's Forum—one of the industry's premier events dedicated to developing, connecting, and celebrating women in pest management.

This year's forum brought together hundreds of professionals from across North America for several days of leadership development, industry education, and networking. Through keynote speakers, collaborative workshops, and peer discussions, attendees explored topics ranging from leadership and communication to career growth and the future of the pest management industry.

Representing Frontline

  • Tara Dempsey — Recruitment & Payroll Specialist
  • Abby Burt — Team Lead
  • Jaquelin Alvis — Field Support Supervisor
  • Brittany Wood — Marketing

Each returned with new ideas, stronger industry connections, and valuable insights that will continue to benefit both our team and the customers we serve.

Celebrating Excellence Across the Industry

One of the most meaningful moments of the conference was the annual NPMA Impact Awards ceremony, which recognizes women who have made exceptional contributions to the pest management industry.

The awards honor professionals across every area of the business—not just executives or owners, but the people who lead teams, solve problems, mentor others, improve operations, and help move the industry forward every day.

This year, we're especially proud that two Frontline leaders were recognized among the industry's best.

Tara Dempsey and Abby Burt were both named recipients of the 2026 NPMA Impact Award, a national recognition celebrating their leadership, dedication, and positive influence within our company and throughout the industry.

Their recognition reflects something we've always known at Frontline: leadership is demonstrated through consistency and the impact you have on the people around you, not through a title.

Investing in Leaders Who Make a Difference

The NPMA Women's Forum was an opportunity to exchange ideas with industry peers and experienced leaders, and return home with fresh perspectives that strengthen teams and organizations.

At Frontline, we believe investing in professional development is essential. When our leaders continue to learn and grow, our entire company benefits. That translates into better service and a better experience for every customer we serve.

Supporting opportunities like the Women's Forum reflects our commitment to building leaders at every level of the organization and creating an environment where employees are empowered to develop their skills and reach their potential.

Looking Ahead

We're incredibly proud of Tara, Jaquelin, Abby, and Brittany for representing Frontline with professionalism and a commitment to continuous growth.

Congratulations to Tara and Abby on their well-deserved NPMA Impact Awards. We look forward to seeing the inspiration from this year's Women's Forum continue to make a lasting impact across Frontline.
